T-cell populations at differentiation states vary in their migratory behavior, cytokine production, and proliferative capacity, as well as effector function. Analysis of co-receptor and cytokine expression profile by single cell RNAseq and flow cytometry provides new information on the differentiation and functional state of T cells.
